Hotel Services Rules and Regulations
I. General Provisions

These Rules have been developed in accordance with: Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated 27 November 2025 “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation”;
Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 dated 7 February 1992 “On Consumer Protection.”
1.2. The Hotel provides temporary accommodation for individuals for the period agreed upon with the Hotel Administration.
1.3 The Hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1.4. For the purposes of these Rules, the following definitions shall apply:

Guest / Consumer / Client – an individual intending to purchase, ordering, purchasing or using Hotel services exclusively for personal, family or household purposes unrelated to business activities.
Customer – an individual or legal entity that books or purchases Hotel services under a Hotel Accommodation Agreement on behalf of the Guest.
Reservation – the process by which a Guest books accommodation and/or additional Hotel services for specified dates under the terms confirmed by the Hotel. For guaranteed reservations, the Hotel will hold the reserved room until the official check-out time on the day following the scheduled arrival date. In the event of cancellation after 00:00 on the scheduled arrival date, late arrival or no-show, the Hotel is entitled to charge the cost of the first night’s accommodation, but no more than one night’s stay. If the Guest arrives more than 24 hours late, the reservation shall be cancelled.
Individual Reservation- reservation of fewer than 10 rooms.
Group Reservation – reservation of 10 or more rooms for the same stay period.
Check-in / Check-out Time – the official time established by the Hotel for Guest arrival and departure.
Official check-in time is 2:00 PM (14:00) local time.
Accommodation for less than 24 hours is charged as one full night’s stay regardless of arrival or departure time.
Early Check-in – arrival between 2:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date.
Official check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon) local time.
Late Check-out – departure after the official check-out time.
Adult – a Guest aged 18 years or older.
Child – a Guest under 18 years of age.
Guest Registration Card – a document signed by both the Guest and the Hotel representative confirming:
conclusion of the Hotel Accommodation Agreement;
the Guest’s acceptance of these Rules.
1.5. All times specified in these Rules refer to the local time of Ust-Labinsk (MSK).
1.6. These Rules and the Hotel Fire Safety Regulations are available at the Reception Desk for Guests’ reference.
1.7. Compliance with these Rules is mandatory for both Hotel employees and Guests.
1.8. When publishing information online, the Hotel provides details of each room category, including its size.
Presidential Suite –
A 52 m² two-room suite offering premium comfort.
Features: bedroom with one king-size bed; bathroom with bathtub and/or shower;
separate living room with sofa bed. Occupancy: 1–2 guests in standard bedding;
1 additional guest on an extra bed.
Suite – a 42 m² two-room suite. Features: bedroom with one king-size bed;
bathroom with bathtub and/or shower; living room with sofa bed. Occupancy: 1–2 guests; 1 additional guest.
Junior Suite – a 28 m² spacious room. Features:
one king-size bed or two twin beds; bathroom with bathtub. Occupancy: 1–2 guests; 1 additional guest.
Standard Single / Double Room with Kitchen (First Category) 22 m². Features: one king-size bed or two twin beds; bathroom with shower;
kitchenette. Occupancy: up to 2 guests.
Standard Single / Double Room (First Category) 17–21 m²
Features: one king-size bed or two twin beds;
bathroom with shower.
Occupancy: up to 2 guests.
Accessible Standard Single / Double Room
(First Category) 28 m²
Features:
one king-size bed or two twin beds;bathroom with shower; adapted for guests with reduced mobility.Occupancy: up to 2 guests.
II. Accommodation Procedure
Guest check-in is carried out upon presentation of the original identity document.
2.1.1. A Guest who is a citizen of the Russian Federation must present one of the following identity documents (Clause 18 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1853 dated November 18, 2020, “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation”): a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
Passport of a citizen of the USSR valid until its replacement with a Russian Federation passport;
Birth certificate (for children under 14 years of age);
Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation for travel outside the Russian Federation (for persons permanently residing abroad);
Temporary Identity Card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
Driver’s license;
Digital passport QR code from the Unified Public Services Portal (Gosuslugi) or a digital ID issued through the MAX mobile application;
Check-in using the Unified Public Services Portal (Gosuslugi) mobile application, where permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.1.2. Foreign nationals are required to present the following documents upon arrival

2.1.2.1. Foreign Nationals Entering Russia Without a Visa
A passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized under an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document for a foreign citizen (Article 10 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002, “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation”).
a migration card bearing the official border control entry stamp or the stamp confirming its issuance by the competent migration authority.
The period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation for a foreign citizen who entered the Russian Federation under a visa-free regime may not exceed 90 days, except as otherwise provided by Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002, “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation.” In such cases, the foreign citizen must present documents confirming the extension of their lawful stay in the Russian Federation (such as a work permit, temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit, or other relevant documents).
B. Foreign Nationals Requiring a Visa must present:
A passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized under an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document for a foreign citizen (Article 10 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002, “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation”).
A migration card bearing either the entry stamp of the Russian Federation border control authorities or the stamp of the territorial office of the federal executive authority responsible for migration confirming the issuance of the migration card to the foreign citizen.
A document confirming the right to stay (or reside) in the Russian Federation (such as a visa, temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit, or other relevant document), in accordance with Resolution No. 9 of January 15, 2007, “On the Procedure for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation.”
The period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation for a foreign citizen who entered the country under a visa-required regime is determined by the validity period of the issued visa, except in cases otherwise provided for by federal law (Articles 5 and 5.1 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002, “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation”).
Stateless persons shall present one of the following:
A document issued by a foreign state and recognized, in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation, as an identity document of a stateless person.
temporary residence permit;
permanent residence permit;
Other documents provided for by federal law or recognized, in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation, as identity documents of a stateless person (Article 10 of Federal Law No. 115-FZ dated July 25, 2002, “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation”).
2.2. Foreign nationals may be provided with a hotel room or accommodation upon presentation of a foreign national’s passport, a migration card bearing a border control authority’s entry stamp confirming entry into the Russian Federation, or a migration card bearing a stamp from the relevant territorial migration authority confirming its issuance, as well as a document confirming the right to stay or reside in the Russian Federation (visa, temporary residence permit, or residence permit).
2.3. Children under the age of 14 may stay with their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents or guardians) upon presentation of: the child’s birth certificate;
the identity document of the legal representative;
documents confirming the representative’s legal authority, where applicable.
2.4. Check-in of minors under the age of 14 shall be carried out upon presentation of identification documents of the accompanying person, provided that such accompanying person present written consent from the minor’s legal representative(one of them), as well as the birth certificate of the minor.
2.5. Check-in of minors aged 14 and over in the absence of their legal representatives shall be carried out upon presentation of the minors’ identification documents, provided that written consent from their legal representative (one of them) is presented.
2.6. Persons under the age of 18 shall stay at the Hotel accompanied by their parents or persons acting in their stead. Persons acting in place of parents include the minor’s legal representatives, as well as adult relatives and other persons accompanying the minor with the consent and authorization of the minor’s parents (legal representatives), provided that written consent from the legal representative (one of them) is presented.
2.7. Upon check-in, the Front Desk and Accommodation Service staff shall register the Guest and issue a Guest Card and an electronic key providing access to the room for the agreed period of stay.
2.8. The check-in time at the Hotel is 2:00 p.m. on the date of arrival. By the established check-in time, the Hotel shall provide the Guest with a prepared room of the agreed category. The right to select a specific room within the relevant category remains with the Hotel Administration.
2.9. In the event of early arrival, the Guest may be refused accommodation services until the established check-in time. Alternatively, accommodation services may be provided subject to payment of an early check-in fee by the Guest, provided that rooms are available.
2.10. The Hotel’s established check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
2.11. The number of Guests staying in a room shall not exceed the maximum occupancy capacity established by the Hotel.
2.12. Upon expiry of the agreed period of stay, the Guest shall vacate the room and notify the Front Desk and Accommodation Service. If no information regarding an extension of the Guest’s stay has been received by the time of check-out, the Guest Card shall be deactivated. A new Guest Card shall only be issued after the terms of the extension of stay have been agreed with the Guest. In such cases, the Hotel Administration shall have the right to offer the Guest another room.
2.13. The “Extra Bed” service includes:
— additional provision of bed linen, a bath towel, a hand towel and a face towel upon the Guest’s request.
III. Booking Terms
3.1. Subject to room availability, rooms may be booked by individuals in written or oral form, while legal entities may make bookings only in written form.
3.2. When an individual makes a room booking orally, the booking shall be deemed completed upon the Guest being provided with the booking number.
3.3. When an individual makes a room booking in writing, or when a legal entity makes a booking, the booking shall be deemed completed upon the Hotel’s written confirmation of the requested services.
3.4. When booking Hotel services and making payment by bank transfer or other non-cash means, the Guest shall send the Service Provider a booking request electronically containing the following information:
• full name of the Guest(s);
• date and time of the Guest’s (Guests’) arrival and departure;
• category and number of rooms to be booked;
• number of Guests who will be staying in the room(s);
• list of additional services requested in advance;
• requests, notes, additional comments and contact details
(telephone, fax, email address);
• company details (for legal entities).
3.5. When making a booking by telephone, the Guest shall provide the above information to an employee of the Service Provider, who shall complete the booking form on the Guest’s behalf.
3.6. A booking may be cancelled free of charge with a full refund if the Hotel is notified no later than the day before the scheduled arrival date (before 12:00 a.m.). In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or no-show, the Guest shall be charged for the room, but not more than the cost of one night’s accommodation. The booking shall remain valid until the check-out time on the day following the scheduled arrival date, after which the Service Provider shall have the right to cancel the booking (Clause 16 of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services, approved by Resolution No. 1912 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 27 November 2025).
IV. Accommodation Rates and Payment Terms
4.1. Hotel services are provided under a written agreement. An agreement concluded with an individual consumer who is not registered as an individual entrepreneur constitutes a public contract.
4.2. The requirement for a written agreement shall be deemed satisfied if the agreement is executed as a single document, including an electronic document, signed by both parties, if the Hotel confirms a booking request submitted by the Guest, or if the Guest takes actions demonstrating acceptance of the terms of the agreement, including payment for the services.
4.3. The agreement shall be deemed concluded once payment for the booking has been made.
4.4. Accommodation and other Hotel services are charged at the rates approved by the Hotel’s General Manager.
4.5. If the Guest pays for the Hotel services in cash upon arrival, the Guest’s consent to a 100% prepayment for the entire stay is required.
4.6. If the Guest pays by bank card upon arrival, the full amount for the entire stay may be charged with the Guest’s consent.
4.7. Upon departure, the Guest must settle the final bill for all services provided during the stay, including additional services and telephone calls, and return the room key or electronic key card to the Front Desk.
4.8. If the Guest decides to leave the Hotel after check-in and has used the room, a charge equal to 100% of one night’s accommodation rate will apply.
4.9. Children aged 5 and under staying in the same room as their legal representative (parent, adoptive parent or guardian) stay free of charge, provided that no extra bed is required.
4.10. If the number of Guests staying in a room exceeds the number of available beds, except in the circumstances described in Clause 4.9, an additional charge will apply for each additional Guest in accordance with the Hotel’s current price list.
4.11. Accommodation charges are calculated based on the Hotel’s standard check-out time of 12:00 noon.
4.12. The charge for the first night is 100% of the applicable daily rate, regardless of the Guest’s actual arrival time.
4.13. Early check-in before 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival is subject to an additional charge of 50% of the standard rate or the rate confirmed at the time of booking. Breakfast is available at an additional charge at the current breakfast rate.
4.14. If the period between the Guest’s actual arrival and the standard check-in time exceeds 12 hours, the full daily accommodation rate will be charged.
4.15. Late check-out is subject to the Hotel’s approval and room availability. Staying in the same room beyond the scheduled departure date is possible only if the room has not been confirmed for another Guest. Late check-out is charged as follows:
• check-out between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. — 50% of the full daily accommodation rate;
• check-out after 6:00 p.m. — 100% of the full daily accommodation rate.
4.16. Guests wishing to extend their stay must notify the Hotel no later than one day before the scheduled departure date. An extension is subject to room availability and full prepayment for the additional period.
4.17. Visitors who are not staying at the Hotel may visit registered Guests between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. upon presentation of a valid identification document. After 10:00 p.m., a visitor who remains in the room will be considered an additional occupant and the applicable additional-person charge will be charged based on the room category.
4.18. During a Guest’s stay, a move to another room of the same category at the Guest’s request, or for reasons attributable to the Guest, may be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate paid at check-in. If a room of the same category is unavailable, the Guest may be moved to a lower-category room without reimbursement of the difference in price, or to a higher-category room without a refund of the amount paid for the original room. A higher-category room must be paid for in full.
4.19. If a room change is required due to technical problems, accidents or other circumstances attributable to the Hotel, the Guest will not be charged an additional fee. If a room of the same category is unavailable, the Guest may, with their consent, be offered a lower-category room with a refund of the difference in price, or a higher-category room at no additional charge.
4.20. Children aged 5 and under receive breakfast free of charge if breakfast is included in the Guest’s selected rate.
Children aged 6 to 12 receive breakfast at a 50% discount if breakfast is included in the selected rate.
Guests aged 12 and over are charged the full breakfast price.
V. Rates and Payment
5.1. All payments at the Hotel are made in the currency of the Russian Federation — Russian rubles (RUB). Accommodation nights are calculated in accordance with the Hotel’s standard check-in and check-out times.
5.2. Room rates and the prices of additional services are set out in the Hotel’s current price list approved by the Service Provider.
5.3. The standard room rate may include breakfast at the Hotel restaurant. The cost of meals included in the room rate but not used by the Guest is non-refundable.
5.4. The rate confirmed in writing by the Hotel, including by email or in a signed agreement, will remain unchanged for the confirmed booking.
5.5. Additional Guests may be accommodated in a room subject to the applicable occupancy limits and upon presentation of valid identification. Hourly room rates are not available.
5.6. Accommodation is provided subject to 100% advance payment or authorization of the full amount for the Guest’s stay, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.7. Payment for Hotel services may be made:
• in cash;
• by bank card;
• via an online payment link;
• by bank transfer.
5.8. Cash payments may be made at the Front Desk and at the Hotel’s food and beverage outlets.
5.9. The Hotel accepts bank cards issued by payment systems legally operating in the Russian Federation and supported by the Hotel’s payment terminals.
5.10. Payment by bank card may be made:
— by the cardholder for services provided to the cardholder;
— by the cardholder for services provided to another Guest, provided that the Guest is present at the time of payment;
— by the cardholder for services provided to another Guest who is not present at the time of payment, using an online payment link provided through the Hotel’s Internet acquiring service.
5.11. Additional services are charged in accordance with the Hotel’s current price list.
5.12. If a Guest leaves the Hotel without settling charges for additional services or late check-out, the Hotel may charge the outstanding amount against funds previously authorized or held on the Guest’s bank card.
5.13. If a Guest shortens their stay, the amount paid for unused nights will be refunded in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund terms.
5.14. Payments for additional food and beverage services not included in the accommodation rate may be refunded if the cancellation is made before the service begins.
5.15. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original payment.
5.16. To request a refund for a payment made in cash or by bank card, the Guest must submit a refund request to the Front Desk and present a valid identification document and the original payment receipt.
5.17. Cash payments may be refunded upon request at any time, provided that the Guest presents the original receipt for the payment.
5.18. Refunds for payments made by bank card require a written request from the cardholder and presentation of a valid identification document. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Guest’s account depends on the card-issuing bank.
5.19. If the original receipt is unavailable, a refund may be processed in accordance with applicable Russian consumer protection legislation, subject to approval by the Head of the Front Desk.
5.20. To request a refund for payments made through Internet acquiring, bank transfer or through the Hotel’s website, the Guest must submit a written request to the Front Desk specifying the planned and actual stay dates, payment method, payment date and amount, refund amount and bank details for the refund. A copy of the Guest’s passport and proof of payment, such as a payment order or bank statement, must be attached. Refunds processed under this procedure will be made within 10 days to the bank details provided by the Guest.
5.21. If Hotel services were paid for through a travel agency, booking agency or other intermediary, refund requests must be submitted directly to the organization that received the payment.
VI. Guest Rights and Responsibilities
6.1. Guests are required to:
• pay for Hotel services on time;
• vacate the room upon expiry of the paid accommodation period;
• observe quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on weekdays;
• immediately report any loss of personal belongings from the room to the Hotel;
• immediately report the loss of an electronic room key card so that it can be deactivated;
• immediately report any unattended or lost property found on the Hotel premises;
• maintain cleanliness and comply with the Hotel’s Rules;
• handle Hotel property and equipment with care;
• compensate the Hotel for any loss of or damage to Hotel property in accordance with applicable law. The amount of compensation is determined in accordance with the Hotel’s current price list;
• comply with all fire safety requirements;
• close water taps and windows and switch off lights, the television and other electrical appliances when leaving the room;
• register visitors who remain in the room after 11:00 p.m.
6.2. Guests are prohibited from:
• allowing unauthorized or unregistered visitors to stay in the room or giving them access to the room key;
• removing Hotel property from the room;
• using electrical heating appliances unless they are provided by the Hotel;
• moving large items of furniture in the room;
• smoking in guest rooms or public areas, including the use of electronic cigarettes;
• disturbing other Guests by creating excessive noise;
• being under the influence of alcohol or drugs in public areas of the Hotel;
• appearing naked, in underwear or bare-chested in public areas of the Hotel;
• consuming alcoholic or other beverages or food brought from outside in the Hotel’s restaurants, bars or other public areas where such consumption is not permitted;
• removing crockery, cutlery, food or beverages from the Hotel without prior permission from the Hotel;
• using fire-fighting equipment without a legitimate reason;
• Bringing into or storing at the Hotel any weapons, explosives, flammable, corrosive, toxic or narcotic substances, or other hazardous items (including goods, substances and items prohibited from circulation) is prohibited. Guests who, by virtue of their professional duties, are legally entitled to carry and store weapons must, upon request by the Hotel, provide documents confirming such entitlement. For the purposes of these Rules, the term “weapons” shall mean items classified as weapons in accordance with Federal Law No. 150-FZ “On Weapons” dated December 13, 1996.
• Professional photography or video recording for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior permission of the Hotel in service areas, the restaurant kitchen and other areas closed to the general public. Photography and video recording may be carried out in accordance with Law of the Russian Federation No. 2124-1 “On Mass Media” dated December 27, 1991, by journalists upon presentation of valid press credentials in publicly accessible areas, including the Hotel lobbies, elevators, guest room areas, conference halls and restaurant halls.
• keeping animals in a room without the Hotel’s prior approval. Accommodation with animals is subject to the applicable special rate and the Rules for Staying with Animals set out in Appendix No. 1;
• moving furniture, plants or interior items located in public areas of the Hotel.
6.3. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that video surveillance systems are used in the Hotel’s premises, except inside guest rooms and public restrooms.
6.4. Upon check-out, the Guest must settle all charges for services actually provided in accordance with the Hotel’s current price list.
6.5. If a room or public area is contaminated with biological substances, the Guest will be charged for special cleaning and treatment in an amount equal to one night’s accommodation.
6.6. In accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 15-FZ “On the Protection of Citizens’ Health from Exposure to Environmental Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Consumption” dated February 23, 2013, all guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel are designated as strictly non-smoking areas.
If smoking is detected in a guest room or public area, the Guest will be charged for the costs of removing the effects of smoking and tobacco smoke.
The Guest acknowledges that the Hotel charges the following fee for services related to the removal of the effects of smoking and exposure to environmental tobacco smoke:
The charge for special anti-smoking treatment of a room is equal to one night’s accommodation.
6.7. Pursuant to Clause 2 of Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Hotel shall not be liable for cash, foreign currency, securities or other valuables unless such items have been formally accepted by the Hotel for safekeeping or placed by the Guest in the individual safe provided by the Hotel in the Guest’s room or elsewhere on the Hotel premises.
6.8. Musical events and other activities involving excessive noise, including the use of pyrotechnics, are permitted only with the prior approval of the Hotel Management, at designated locations and during agreed hours.
6.9. When taking photographs or making video recordings on the Hotel premises, the Guest must respect the rights and privacy of other Guests. Pursuant to Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, “Protection of a Citizen’s Image,” photographing or video recording individuals is permitted only with their consent, except in cases provided for by applicable law.
VII. Hotel Management: Rights and Responsibilities
7.1. The standard of service provided by the Hotel must comply with the requirements applicable to its official classification.
7.2. When arranging accommodation, the Hotel must inform Guests about the basic and additional services available and the applicable payment terms. Where special rates apply, the applicable discount from the standard rate will be indicated.
7.3. At the Guest’s request, the Hotel may provide additional services for an additional charge in accordance with the applicable list of services and prices. Prices for services not included in the room rate are available in the information folders located in guest rooms and at the Front Desk, as well as in the relevant Hotel departments.
7.4. The following services are provided free of charge:
• calling an ambulance or other emergency services;
• use of the first-aid kit;
• delivery of correspondence addressed to the Guest;
• wake-up calls;
• use of a blood pressure monitor;
• information about train and flight schedules and tourist and cultural events;
• an ironing board and iron;
• a baby cot for children aged 0–3 years, upon prior request;
• a flower vase;
• use of the in-room safe;
• assistance with arranging a taxi at the Guest’s request;
• use of the Hotel gym;
• parking, subject to availability;
• wireless Internet access;
• luggage storage on the day of arrival and departure;
• use of an Internet-connected computer in the Hotel business centre, including printing and copying of up to five pages.
Detailed information about complimentary services is available in the Guest information folder in each room and at the Front Desk.
7.5. In the event of a serious or repeated violation of these Rules, or failure to pay for accommodation or additional services on time, the Hotel may terminate the Guest’s stay and require the Guest to vacate the Hotel.
7.6. The Hotel may refuse future accommodation to a Guest who has seriously or repeatedly violated these Rules or failed to pay for services provided.
7.7. The Guest Comments and Suggestions Book is available at the Front Desk.
7.8. Requests and complaints are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, no later than ten days after receipt.
7.9. Bed linen and towels are changed once every two days in accordance with the applicable Hotel classification requirements. Additional changes may be requested by the Guest.

The Hotel reserves the right to enter a guest room without the Guest’s prior consent, including when a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed, where reasonably necessary in cases of smoke, fire, flooding, suspected violation of the Hotel Rules or public order, improper use of electrical appliances, or where the Hotel has been unable to contact the Guest for 24 hours.
7.11. The following services are available for an additional charge:
accommodation;
• services of cafés, bars and restaurants located on the Hotel premises;
• conference room rental and related equipment and services;
• additional bed, subject to prior request;
• airport or railway station transfers.
Detailed information about paid services and applicable prices is available in the Guest information folder in each room and at the Front Desk.
7.12. Musical and other activities involving excessive noise, including pyrotechnics, lighting and sound effects, laser pointers, smoke machines or similar equipment, are permitted only with the prior approval of the Hotel Management, at designated locations and during agreed hours.
VIII. Miscellaneous
8.1. If a Guest identifies a deficiency in a service provided by the Hotel, the Guest may, in accordance with applicable law, request:
• correction of the deficiency at no additional cost; or
• an appropriate reduction in the price of the service.
8.2. The Hotel is not responsible for interruptions or failures affecting municipal utilities and energy services in Ust-Labinsk, including emergency interruptions to electricity, heating or water supply.
8.3. The following persons are entitled to priority service at the Hotel:
• Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full holders of the Order of Glory and persons legally recognized as equivalent;
• disabled persons and participants in the Great Patriotic War and persons legally recognized as equivalent;
• persons with Group I, II or III disabilities and persons accompanying them
• other categories of citizens entitled to priority service under the laws of the Russian Federation;
• participants in the Special Military Operation (SVO).
Priority service is provided upon presentation of a document confirming the relevant entitlement.
8.4. Matters not covered by these Rules shall be governed by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
Appendix No. 1
1. Guests may stay at the Hotel with domestic pets. For the purposes of these Rules, “pet” means dogs of any breed weighing up to 10 kg, as well as service dogs and guide dogs. Pets may stay in a Hotel room only with the prior approval of the Hotel Management.
2. The Hotel reserves the right to determine whether a particular pet may be accommodated in a guest room.
3. Accommodation with wild animals is prohibited.
4. Prior approval of the Hotel Management is not required for a Guest staying with a service dog, provided that the Guest presents a document confirming that they are an employee of a canine service of a federal executive authority, as well as a document confirming the service dog’s specialized training.
Prior approval is also not required for a Guest staying with a guide dog, provided that the Guest presents a document confirming the Guest’s visual disability and a document confirming the guide dog’s specialized training.
5. Upon arrival with a pet, the Guest must read and sign the Rules for Staying at the Hotel with Pets, confirming their agreement to comply with them.
6. No more than one pet is permitted per room.
7. Accommodation with a pet is permitted upon presentation of a valid international veterinary passport. The form of the passport and the requirements for its completion are established by the Uniform Veterinary (Veterinary and Sanitary) Requirements Applicable to Goods Subject to Veterinary Control (Supervision), approved by Decision No. 317 of the Customs Union Commission dated June 18, 2010.
The veterinary passport must contain information about the animal and its owner, as well as records confirming the required vaccinations. The required vaccination must have been administered no earlier than 30 days and no later than 12 months before the date of arrival.
8. The pet owner must notify the Hotel in advance, before booking or arrival, of their intention to stay with a pet. The Guest must provide information about the pet, including its breed, age, size, weight and any other relevant characteristics, and confirm whether any special accommodation conditions apply.
9. Accommodation with a pet is subject to a special pet accommodation rate.
10. The Hotel Management determines which room categories are available for Guests staying with pets.
Guest Responsibilities When Staying with a Pet
1. The Guest must provide a suitable pet carrier or crate and a mat or bed for the pet.
2. The Guest must provide separate food and water bowls for the pet.
3. If the pet requires a litter tray or absorbent pads for its needs, the Guest must provide them.
4. Dogs must be walked wearing a collar and muzzle and kept on a leash. Dogs may move around the Hotel only while wearing a muzzle and on a leash.
5. If a pet is left alone in the room, it must be placed in a suitable carrier or crate, and the Hotel staff must be informed.
Restrictions
1. Pets may not be walked on sports facilities, children’s playgrounds or lawns adjacent to the Hotel buildings.
2. Pets may not be fed or given water using Hotel crockery or other Hotel tableware.
3. Pets may not be washed in the room’s shower or bathtub. Hotel towels, sheets or other bedding may not be used for pets.
4. Grooming, shaving, plucking, cutting the pet’s fur or trimming its claws in the room is prohibited.
5. A pet may not be left unattended in a room unless it is secured in an appropriate carrier or crate.
6. Pets are not permitted in restaurants, cafés, bars, food and beverage outlets, public recreation areas, fitness areas, children’s play areas or other designated public areas.
7. Pets may not be left unattended for extended periods.
Guest Liability
1. The pet owner is fully responsible for the proper care and supervision of the pet throughout the stay.
2. The pet owner is responsible for any damage to or destruction of Hotel property caused by the pet and must fully reimburse the Hotel for the resulting loss.
3. The pet owner is responsible for any risks arising from the pet’s behaviour, including damage to the property of other Guests or Hotel employees and any injury caused to such persons.
4. The Guest must ensure that the pet is not present in the room while Hotel staff are cleaning the room or carrying out maintenance or repair work.
The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the Guest’s stay and require the Guest to vacate the Hotel if these Rules are violated or if the pet displays aggressive, inappropriate or excessively noisy behaviour.
Appendix No. 2
Rules for the Use of Electrical Appliances
Do not leave lights switched on and unattended for extended periods. Keep flammable materials away from lighting fixtures. In the event of sparking or fire, immediately notify the Hotel.
Electronic Equipment and Televisions
Do not cover ventilation openings on electronic equipment. Do not allow liquids or metal objects to enter the equipment. Do not leave a television switched on unattended. Televisions should not be left in standby mode for more than 1–2 days.
Heating Appliances — Irons, Electric Kettles and Hair Dryers
Do not connect several appliances to the same electrical socket at the same time.
Ensure that power cords do not come into contact with hot surfaces or heating elements.
Do not pull the power cord when unplugging an appliance.
Do not use electrical appliances with damaged insulation or power cords.
Do not place small metal objects on electrical appliances.
Do not use portable electrical appliances in the bathroom or while taking a shower.
The following quiet hours apply at the Hotel:
Monday–Friday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Weekends and public holidays: 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
During quiet hours, loud music, shouting and the use of pyrotechnics are prohibited.
Exceptions may apply to emergency works, cultural or public events approved by the Hotel Management, and New Year’s Eve celebrations.
