1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by YUG+ RAZVITIE LLC (hereinafter referred to as the «Operator»).

1.1. The Operator considers respect for the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens in the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy and personal and family secrets, to be its primary objective and a fundamental condition of its activities.

1.2. This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://test.legenda-dev.ru/.

2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology;

2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

2.3. Website — a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://test.legenda-dev.ru/;

2.4. Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases, as well as information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;

2.5. Anonymization of personal data — actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without using additional information, the affiliation of personal data with a specific User or other personal data subject;

2.6. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools involving personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;

2.7. Operator — a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of processing personal data, the categories of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;

2.8. Personal data —any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://test.legenda-dev.ru/;

2.9. User — any visitor to the website https://test.legenda-dev.ru/;

2.10. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unspecified group of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in mass media, posting in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means;

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to further restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system, and/or the destruction of physical media containing personal data.

3. Personal Data That the Operator May Process

3.1. Telephone number, email address, full name;

3.2. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including “cookie” files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).

3.3. The above data are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Data” in this Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to provide information by telephone for the purpose of providing the service.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may at any time opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at info@legenda-ul.ru with the subject line «Opt-out of notifications about new products, services, and special offers.»

4.3. Anonymized User data collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about User activity on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only when the User independently fills in and/or submits such data through special forms located on the website http://localhost:8080. By filling in the relevant forms and/or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes anonymized User data if this is permitted by the User’s browser settings (cookie storage and JavaScript technology are enabled).

6. Procedure for the Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing of Personal Data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation concerning personal data protection.

6.1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.

6.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except where such transfer is required for compliance with applicable legislation.

6.3. If inaccuracies are identified in the personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address info@legenda-ul.ru with the subject line «Personal Data Update.»

6.4. Personal data are processed until the purposes for which they were collected have been achieved, unless another period is provided for by a contract or applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.5. Processing of personal data shall be terminated in the following cases:

— termination of the Operator’s activities;

— achievement of the purposes of processing;

— expiration of the consent period;

— withdrawal of consent by the User;

— identification of unlawful processing of personal data;

6.6. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address info@legenda-ul.ru with the subject line «Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.»

6.7. Upon withdrawal of the User’s consent or achievement of the purpose of processing, the Operator undertakes to cease processing and destroy the personal data (and ensure their destruction by engaged third parties) within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of such withdrawal or achievement of the purpose, except where retention of the data is required by law (for example, for accounting or tax purposes).

6.8. Personal data shall be destroyed by permanently deleting electronic records from the Operator’s information systems and/or destroying paper records (if any) in a manner that prevents the restoration of the data.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. Before commencing a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out if the personal data subject has provided written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or if such transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The User may obtain any clarification regarding matters related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at info@legenda-ul.ru.

8.2. This document shall reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy remains in force indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
