Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of Website Visitors

Hereby, in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, acting voluntarily and in my own interests, I hereby confirm my consent to the processing by YUG + RAZVITIE LLC, TIN 2373019858, PSRN 1212300027202, registered address: Premises No. 4, 9 Maria Ovsyannikova St., Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Krai, 352330, represented by General Director Marina Leonidovna Bugakova, acting pursuant to the Charter (hereinafter referred to as the «Operator»), of my personal data obtained through the website https://test.legenda-dev.ru/, including:

— name of the personal data subject;

— email address;

— telephone number of the personal data subject;

— IP address;

— location data;

— IP address data;

— user clicks, page views, form field entries, photo impressions and views;

— data about the website user’s device through which the website is accessed and used (screen resolution, operating system version, browser);

— service provider data;

— data required for the use of cookies;

— other personal data voluntarily provided by the website user.

The list of actions with personal data for which consent is given includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

I authorize the Operator to transfer the personal data specified in this consent to third parties for the purpose of carrying out information exchange activities in cases established by federal law.

I have been informed that my personal data are processed using paper records and computer technology, in compliance with confidentiality, as well as the principles and rules for the processing of personal data provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, and with the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures ensuring their protection against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as other unlawful actions involving personal data.

This consent shall remain valid for 10 years from the date of signing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The consent may be withdrawn early by submitting a written statement to the Operator via email at legendahotel23@yandex.ru.

I have been informed that, in the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in Clauses 2–11, Part 1, Article 6 and Part 2, Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
